One of the primary activities of the Higher Educational Institution is providing facilities of Career opportunities to the Graduates and Post Graduates who complete their degree programmes.

In our institution IAS Academy is created for the students aspiring for careers through competitive examinations of Central Services, State Services, Banking Sectors, Financial Institutions and Industries.

IAS Academy has evolved a comprehensive student-centric learning approach designed for easy understanding by the student.

Regular week end classes are conducted for the students in addition to out of institution, working hours. Periodical Guest Lecture programmes with eminent faculty members, Civil Service officers and State Government officers to motivate the students.

Students are encouraged to attend seminars, conferences and to actively participate in the group discussions on recent topics to stimulate their original thinking. Special emphasis is given to impart soft skills to meet the needs of the aspirants of civil and state services. Such kind of practices will form basis for effective communication skill, interpersonal relations, problem solving, decision making, leadership, team work, analytical ability and logical reasoning among the students.

IAS Academy functions in spacious hall in the library building. It is provided with the facilities like ICT Enabled Teaching, LAN, Wi-Fi, E-Journals, E-Books, CDS and Computers as E-learning resources for the aspirants to gather more information on recent topics and to prepare them ready for competitive examinations as well.
